Mr. Md. Mijanur Rahman is a practicing Advocate at the District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka. He completed both his LL.B (Honours) and LL.M with First Class First (highest distinction). He began his legal career in 2021 as an intern under the guidance of Learned Senior Advocate Golam Abbas Chowdhury Dulal. During this period, he gained hands on experience in legal research and worked on a wide range of civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial matters. He later joined K.M. Hasan & Jurists as a Research Associate and currently serves as the firm’s Senior Research Associate. In this role, he regularly conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, and assists in handling other legal matters. Alongside his responsibilities at the firm, he actively practices before the District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka. He also writes occasionally as a newspaper columnist, sharing his perspectives on legal and social issues.
